There remains an urgent need around the world for many more Bible teachers with a prophetic edge to their teaching. Are you prepared to be trained to “go and make disciples of all nations…to make known the mystery of the Gospel”? (Matt. 28:19; Eph. 6:19).
The full-time course has been running in Norwich for seven years. Though intended to train bible teachers, it has not only been potential Bible teachers who have been called, but intercessors, encouragers, evangelists too have benefited from time at the school. Many who have come have been transformed during their time here, and those called to teach have been equipped to do so. In fact, it’s been astonishing sometimes to see the change and growth taking place in people. What a year or two set aside for God can do in a persons life! Those trained have sometimes gone out, even to places such as Kenya and Korea teaching the bible releasing the ‘river of life’. Everyone leaves built up in the Word and stirred up in the Spirit.
In line with other The Way of the Spirit courses, it’s not an academic course but studies the bible in a life-giving and faith-filled way. Click to read some testimonies from last years students.
Led by Richard George (Director of The Way of the Spirit) there is a great team serving at the school, each experienced in different ways in The Way of the Spirit. Richard has led the ministry for fourteen years having served John McKay at Roffey Place, studied theology at King’s College London, and led a second year course at Kingdom Faith Bible College for five years. He has traveled extensively teaching the Bible, including Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya and India. He has written new materials and trained many prophetic Bible teachers.
Sarah Hastings has been involved in the ministry since John McKay’s days too. She served as a missionary in Malaysia for five years, and brings that experience to her excellent Bible teaching.
This year, and for up t the next two years at least, the college is based in a most magnificent house in Framingham Earl, Norwich. It is ideal for us in that it has 10 good sized bedrooms and two large teaching/seminar rooms, all set in wonderful grounds.
Currently we have 12 students, and other local folk join us here for part time training.
